When it comes to failures and setbacks in life, it would be easy for us to ruminate and talk negatively about ourselves, our shortcomings and weaknesses. It could be blaming on yourself that you’re not good enough, or someone else is better than you. But that’s when you miss the point

A closed door isn’t always a bad thing. Instead, it could be an omen for you to re- direct or land on a better destination. Sometimes, God wants to have a better option for you. Rejection doesn’t make you weak, it makes you strong and more resilient in dealing with hardships.

Instead of feeling upset and disappointed, just move on, take actions and keep a positive outlook. Things will work out in the end, everything happens for a reason so just trust the timing of your life and you deserve to have the best things in life. All it takes is move, move and move. Find something to do, to learn, to share. Don’t be passive.

I’m glad and grateful for myself, for being persistent and patient with my choices. Regardless of struggles and rejections, I pushed through and waited for the right time to blossom (eventhough it’s hard, time-consuming and mentally drained). I reflected that at the right time, with the right people, you will find the place where you belong to. It takes time and a little of luck, but trust me, your time’ll come. 😘

Patience sometimes is a kind of “confidence cloak” you need to wear on. 💜
